@Sun I don't exactly agree with OP's comment but you can't just deny Karl never did any fuc*** up sh** to her lololol. Yes they both deserve healing but no that doesn't excuse any of the things Karl has done, the last part of your comment sounds kinda iffy imo
@Rain I agree that many won't see Karl as innocent, and that is because we are shown the story from Rue's side. Had it been shown from Karl's side, you'd see a girl who was his queen and daughter of his enemy. He couldn't trust her ever, even if he wanted to. As a human what he did might not be justified, but as a king it definitely was justifiable. He couldn't just relay the fate of his empire in the hands of a woman who told him to trust her without giving a single reason as to why he should
