@MALE CHESTS BITTER Well yuh..😢 I read a comment in the past few chapters saying that Lucas will really give his eyes... but you know what?😭 that's so sad- the friends of our MC's are getting cut off like dying and breaking engagement just to make "Vincent/Paula" stand out and be together. Side characters had to always have problems and be sad😭✋.........Seriously, JusT imagine violet's feelings, breaking the engagement of who she loves! she literally loves him- then Lucas, dying in the end, A PLOT made just so that our ML can see again. Lucas also loves Paula and you can SEE THE EXPRESSIONS so WELL drawn when Lady Violet and Lucas express their love...

@Kayeanne For real, some stories are like that, the side characyers being tortured, ignored, hurt only for the main characters happy ending..

Yuh you know those reincarnation or transmigration stories where they will SURVIVE as a SIDE character? IMAGINE you became lucas and you're totally going to suvive since Lucas is a character that's meant to die cuz his eyes are MEANT for Vincent😆
You be like: "Ahh oh no i am Lucas, in the future i will die and my eyes will be his Noooo~!

@Kayeanne i don't want to spoil the Novel, but Lucas' sacrifice is actually a lot more meaningful than that, until the very last chapter of the novel he's remembered and his sacrifice has a lot of impact in the narrative and the relationship of ALL the characters, not only Paula and Vincent's, the story doesn't treat him as a simple side piece made to be discarded.
