Day 22: 
100 jumping jacks, 
100 burpees ( 2 mins break after 25 burpees), 
 100 jumping squats ( 2 mins break after each 25 jumping squats), 
100 russian twist ( 2 mins break after EACH 25 russian twist, 
1 song plank crawl, 
100 plank up and downs ( 2 mins break after EACH 25 plank up and down), 
100 leg raises ( 2 mins break after EACH 25 leg raises)
push up challenge: 8 push up
Do I need to put a signature.. sigh.. it is too much work.

@simple simp explain burpees.... Russian twist and plank crawl...

burpees - pop down into a plank then like pop back up and then do a starjump repeat this 
russian twist - sit down and lift ur lower body balancing on ur bu** and then hold ur weight of choise (optional) and sorta twist ur upper body as you move both ur hands from the left side of ur body to the right
