Idk if anyone would relate to this but I js wanna ask if anyone is going through the same problem as I am. Recently I've been losing interest in doing things I used to love e.g. reading yaoi and bl manhwas but now I find it boring and I'm not sure what to do. If you guys can, can yall tell me different things I can do to cope with this problem. Thanks u guys

@I love manhwa's First thing to do is relize a lot of people experience the same thing, so don't freak put. I get that way about twice a year, I spend a week or three just not giving a cr** about all the things I normally like. Getting back to "normal" isn't like a switch that gets flipped and poof, it takes a couple of days. During the time I'm not doing my normal stuff, I watch/read/write/learn a whole bunch of new stuff, some of witch get folded into my normal routine, and some get dumped.
@I love manhwa's me too, i started watching anime and explored differant genre.
@I love manhwa's I got to be the same with KPop yeah I still listen but I listen more to Thai pop now
@I love manhwa's You won't like but there's nothing personal in it.

What you describe is symptomatic of brain shrinking. You don't seem to be going through some particularly overwhelming trauma, so the parcimonious hypothesis would be that you're too addicted to screens and particularly to social medias, shorts, etc. Those are known to modify not just the connections wihin the brain but also its mesearable morphology. Neurosciences are quite alarmed by how ppl and youth in particular are having use of Internet becoming more and more pathological by the day. Troubles range from pathological behaviors to retardation in psychomotor development in kids as well promoting dementia in eldery.

But you'll probably "cope" by persisting into bad habits rather than trying to stop social medias, pulling out from Internet, having healthier hobbies such as practicing sports and/or music, painting, cooking, etc.

Kinda ironic all those "rebellious" kids growing proud to be stoopid and into this idiocracy so sought and exploited by advertisers and data-brokers 😆
