My theory is that jitae likes mi eum since high school. And maybe remembers him? But wont admit it since mi eum doesn't remember anything so jitae waits for him to say the words.

@Shani Lutz Mi eum is the son of the man that kidnapped Jitae. I can say in the past and even now Jitae does still like him but he is trying to protect Mi Eum from remembering the "hard truth. I don't know the incident that happened to make Mi Eum forget but I'm pretty sure it has something to do with his dad kidnapping Jitae as a kid.
