considering your our family (assuming multiple relatives have said the same) has noticed differences, try and think when these changes started if you can or around when your family pointed out the fact you changed. Was there a decisive event or circumstance that changed the way you see things? There are multiple ways trauma can influence our lives, sometimes we aren’t aware of the impact.
Consider reading 2 Corinthians 1:3-5, Psalm 25: 14-18 and/or 1st Peter 5:6-7 for suggestions of what one can do in a situation similar to what you shared here
Trick yourself into eating by eating foods you find yourself having no problem eating or easy to digest meals like soup or porridge, apple sauce.
