considering your our family (assuming multiple relatives have said the same) has noticed differences, try and think when these changes started if you can or around when your family pointed out the fact you changed. Was there a decisive event or circumstance that changed the way you see things? There are multiple ways trauma can influence our lives, sometimes we aren’t aware of the impact.

Consider reading 2 Corinthians 1:3-5, Psalm 25: 14-18 and/or 1st Peter 5:6-7 for suggestions of what one can do in a situation similar to what you shared here

Trick yourself into eating by eating foods you find yourself having no problem eating or easy to digest meals like soup or porridge, apple sauce.

I do have a theory based on something you shared prior, which I’ll post in an older thread. You can use notifications to find the response

@Random commenter   Thank you and I dont remeber when exactly it started it or what started it.  But ive told my family about the eating thing and my mom and sisters just told me that Im fine and it will go away with time. My dad doesnt really get it so he didnt say much other than "im sorry"

Thank you I will read them!
