@Angelswrath It was made clear both in the novel, and the manhwa, that Seria was offering to save her from Leigel and preserve her life. This was an offer Seria had already demonstrated she would be able to uphold, as both Seria and Lina witnessed Tuban besting Leigel despite not yet having his full powers released. Leigel was said to be a small and relatively weak star by comparison to the others in the novel, and it shows. She makes it clear she believes Seria can keep her promise should she accept her offer, and then asks what will become of her stolen things (i.e. her status and power that comes with her false titles of Saint and Sterne), and only when Seria confirms her suspicions that she will be stripped of these things should she accept the offer, does she reject it. Because she's a greedy and selfish person who would rather sacrifice everyone and everything around her to achieve her own ends than live an unremarkable or humble life. She had a tragic beginning to be sure, but so did Seria. That doesn't excuse what she has done, and especially not what she intends to do, and will do going forward. She's one of the most unlikeable, and unrelatable villains in all of fiction. Without being a totally petulant, greedy, narcissistic child, I really can't understand how you'd be capable of rationalizing the way she reacts and acts lol
