@Flower 521 that's why I try to read and write but somehow because of it it triggers some points or relate to me and it's just makes me rethink all the  stuff....
I tried too....soon reality found me, 
But now I know sleep is the only option I've left.

@Flower 521 Really, make a serious cut in distractions and let your brain daydream. At first you might crave for dopamine shots but with time and repetitions, you can return to a much more balanced routine with a sane amount of thinking (working, studying, planning, etc), daydreaming (= NOTHING, NOT doing/thinking/watching/reading/etc, just letting your imagination on the loose) and distractions (reading, watching, discussing, doing, etc).

NB: (It's counter-intuitive but) Distractions aren't that "relaxing" for brain -- they put you off your tracks of thoughts, they literally vampirize your attention, etc. In short it's drainning for your brain, and surprisingly much more than for instance studying or thinking about a matter.
