It's not a novel it's Dojoons past; he gets stabbed by 2nd ML and gets regressed to the past. Because of a wish MC made to not be lonely anymore; he gets into the accident and gets put in ML's past. The reason why MC thinks he is in a novel is because he thinks he is in the world of the novel that was with him during the accident. So no he didn't reincarnated he basically regressed? if I remember correctly they have an age gap 🤔 I forgot how many years exactly my ML is 30 and MC is in his 20s. It's too early to reveal that major spoiler right now but before that chapter comes out I'll let y'all know.
