Basically so far we thought that MC was stuck in the novel he was reading before his death but actually what we are seeing is the ML's past. 30 years old ML regressed to the past after being stabbed by a mentally ill 2nd ML who thinks he murdered the teacher. howeven MC was not part of ML's original past and that's how he started getting intrusted in him. That's why in Chp 32 ML says he wasn't fully developed at that point.

It has to do with MC's grandma she won in gambling or something in the under world and they gave her a wish (cuz what's she going do with money) and she decides to give her wish to her grandson the MC and his wish was to not be lonely anymore and that's when he ended up in the accident and gets in all the mess. And the lottery ticket well it's basically useless in the future just being more pain and despair to MC, but that's a major spoiler that will legit be useless to know right now I'll let y'all know before that chapter comes out.
