@Sun I've been defending him ever since (I hated him at the beginning but when we got to know the truth I immediately understood the whole thing) I read the replies to your comment and they still don't get it. He is a king who has enemies all around him and rue is supposedly his number one enemies daughter why would he trust her?! In what right mind would someone trust the daughter of their enemy? Even if she was innocent all he knew was that she was loved by the duke and she didn't show signs of abuse so how would he know? Yes she cried a couple of times in front of him but how would he know what's going on if she has a curse on her? He tried trusting her but then he got betrayed with lies and ofcourse he would blame her. Yes he does has some faults but you got to understand that he doesn't know the sh** she was going through and that she's rue. Gosh THEY ARE BOTH VICTIMS.
