Comment on ChapterThe Royal Bridegroom - Chapter 47
this is not a complaint cause i love this story down but it's just fascinating how yaoi always projects heteronormative patterns on characters cause why did we see the seme in a stereotypical masculine swrod training scene and cut to the uke and his servant washing and brushing their hair like girlies lololol
Recs

@lana del gay you're right! But one thing we should note though, yaoi is made by women for women initially (as absurd as it is). I think few straight men and gay men would like to read it though.

You might see patterns like the bottom being all girlish, portraying feminine qualities and the top being masculine as normal (I'm not saying for all yaois, because I've seen some yaois that the bottom is more masculine and it just rubs me the right way).

Anyways, if I see a yaoi I like, I enjoy. I don't really care much about these patterns. Masculine and feminine behaviour was already just a societal speculation. It changes, it's not perfect and it tends to put each gender in a box
@Not supposed be here i completely agree.. i love my women centered yaoi so much idc and i find it cute really poco sticker
@lana del gay BROOOO II AGREE SOOO MUCH OMGGGG i love it when i cannot see which is the top or the bottom, or even better, chen the less muscular one is the the top omggggggggggggg
@Not supposed be here   totally agree with you. good stories in manga form is what I'm looking for. whether it be yaoi or not. feminine or masculine. good story and good execution is most desirable to me.
