If I'm gonna add in any sensitive topics, I'd have asked people who were knowledgeable about those topics before adding them to my story and doing my own research on how these might affect my viewer's sentiments. If sooo many black people are coming forward to say that they are uncomfortable with the way the story is handled or genuinely hate it, then there's sumn the author is lacking, no? Continuing a story that makes the people represented in it uncomfortable? Are you sure you wanna continue that? If the author really meant no harm and genuinely understands they made a mistake, would they still continue?
