@Rei Your sarcastic "I'm so sawwy" apology is incredibly childish and dismissive. You claim to care deeply about the feelings of marginalized groups, yet you have no problem throwing around petty insults and mocking me when I disagree with you. As a person of color, I am also impacted by these historical topics, and your condescending tone is genuinely hurtful and offensive. By your own logic, since you care so much about not making people uncomfortable, are you going to give me a real apology for how you've treated me? Or does your empathy only apply to people who share your exact opinion? You claim people aren't bullying, but using mocking emojis, throwing around extreme labels like "rapist apologists," and insulting anyone who wants to wait for context is toxic behavior. I stood up for an artist's right to show their story before being completely condemned. You’ve shown you’re more interested in being petty and playing word games than having an actual, respectful conversation, so I am done wasting my time replying to you.

@I LOVE FEMBOYS ik im not even involved in this turmoil between you two but i just want to add: not everything needs an apology, and acting like it does is childish. also, ur “forcing an author to abandon their work is just harassment” take ignores the actual issue. JAXX themselves admitted the story has “disrespectful depictions of other cultures and people.” if ppl are calling out racist, disrespectful portrayals, that’s valid criticism of the work. calling all backlash “harassment” is just a way to dodge accountability for harmful writing.

I said it's stupid I found that comparison stupid I have no reason to apologise for that caz I don't see anything wrong with calling your alien stage argument stupid? If you're mad at me saying you look dumb, then I sincerely apologise for that but the other? I don't see it. Also what does it have to do with you being a poc? I'm a poc too? What does that change? Why do I have to treat you differently than other people defending this slop? Twisting me being concerned about black people finding this uncomfortable caz of racism to making me apologise to you for disagreeing with you caz you're poc was real mean of ya. Also the rapists apologists part, sigh why didn't you get it I thought you'd get it. Try criticizing popular works like codename anastasia or passion or roses and champagne and see if you don't get cyberbullied. That's what I was trying to say. It was an example when I said for example it meant I was using those media's supportors as an example the ones who are rapists apologists. Them. I never insulted you for wanting to wait, I just said that if it's a piece of work that is hurting so many people's sentiments then it's better that the author reworks it or cancels it completely caz nothing good will come out of it (both for the artist and the audience they'll cultivate) I admire you for standing up for the author but we can't walk in white and black, can we?
