I finally understand why there's often a war between humans and aliens in fiction. Aliens always win in fiction, but as you all know, in reality, it's a different story. And to those who disagree, please get a life. I firmly believe humans can win if they know about their enemy. Just like the main character knows what type of weapons can kill him instantly, humans need to understand the type of enemy they are facing. But unfortunately, humans often don't know who their enemies are at all. And that pink jelly-like creature deserves more torture. No hate, but there's a reason humans win in the end.but in the fiction alien kill human and human die because it’s a fictional story.Hypothetically, if this were all real, do you all really think the MEGA CORP that rules planets would make someone like him the captain of a spaceship—someone who can't even make decisions properly? They would probably choose people with high intelligence. Humans would win in reality.

@Iwillremaintotheend well in movies most times aliens invade with spaceships which proves they have much higher technology so they can just bomb the sh** out of earth and earth's nukes might be able to do something but aliens having technology proves they also have high intelligence which means they can just take counter measures against any attack we do, so unless the aliens didn't invade using technology we'd have 0 chance of winning
@Iwillremaintotheend i dont understand the "Aliens always win in fiction" sentence from you.
first, in most movies, series, animations and what else, i did watched, it was the humans who won in the end. even in cases were no one (human) would be able to win.
next, an alien civilisation who can travel several dozensof lightyears in some seconds, mins, hours, days or weeks, travels with several thousends of times the speed of light. it manages to travel trought dust particles - planets, suns and what not else, WITHOUT geting destroyed. means its armor/shild is strong enough to pretect them from so punny firecracers like ALL OUR NUKES together.
next, they are technicaly so far from us like we from the frist living being that traveled out of the water. maybe even furter apart than that.
their technic would be able to create everything they want, EVERYTHING! their sensors would be good enough to spy from us from lightyears away in zero time. their weapons could turn our world in less than a second to particles. and what not else. we would have ZERO chance to win, even if we would knew everything about them.
but more importantly. they would have the WHOLE universe to get recurces from. so for what for would they need to visit us?
we are in a small part of a galaxy, around our galaxy are more galaxys in a distance several times furter than our galaxy is big. and in the far distant darknes are even more galaxys that we are not even able to see. we are so tiny small, than we could not even imagine it. we know nothing about the universe, but think the univers spins around us.....

@Iwillremaintotheend I'm not saying we won't win but we have a very small chane of winning if aliens came to earth. Fo you even understand the gap in knowledge between us? They can fuc**** travel through space while we're here arguing over land that's gona go away some day. They quite literally have information that our human brains can't comprehend.
And you're quite literally proof that we'd be doomed, we humans have too much pride. We can't accept the fact that there's something out there stronger than us. I don't blame you, you're just human after all.
@C** dump sadly we would. even if the aliens would be technicaly on the same step/a tiny bit further ahead of us, we would loose.
the reason is simple, we are divided, paranoid and greedy. they would just need to offer some countrys some techical stuff if they would surender and help to conquer the world, and they would do it. becouse if they wont do it another country could do it, so its better they do it than they loose the chance to get new stuff.

@pi the issue with that is when we have a common enemy we are extremely good at dealing in such situations
@C** dump that more depends on what has happened if they attacked us unprovoked and killed enough people the only thing will think of is to kill them faster (we might try to communicate first to see why they attacked but in this scenario im going with an unprovoked alien invasion)
