@M.Monroe That makes sense now, sorry about the confusion. I just reread your comment and can see that's what you meant regarding both high status schools having better opportunities. Are you an artist? I'm also a student (university), completing my last year of a 4-year honours degree in Psychology (major in Psych and minor in Sociology). After this, I'm thinking of lawyer, psychologist, or social worker as a career, but I still have to decide 😭 Anyway, one reason why I like Jinx so much is because of the psychological perspective :)
Well that gang member can have fun being smug all he wants because, as we know, he's playing Russian roulette with his life and it's only a matter of time before his luck runs out. Yeah, it would seem that the officials in the country are corrupt (then again, many in other countries are too 😐). Btw, don't the police already have weapons on them to use if necessary? Is the PM allowing them to shoot only if they feel their personal safety is threatened or can they shoot for any reason? If the situation gets even worse, they might bring in the military to calm things down. If that happens, you probably don't want to be there for that.
