@SansAsterisk It's not a gunscythe, it's a mechanical scythe. The design isn't really even similar other than the extra mechanical bits at the ends and joints of the scythes. Plus even if the scythe were intentionally made similar to Ruby's it would be a tribute, which is most often a compliment to the original work. Also, they aren't "stolen" that would be plagiarism which is directly copying another's work, these are just called references because they refer to another work without copying it.
