He's still bad in the ways that he used people like a tool for his ideal world. But it's not like it matters :)) the world history is built on a lot of sacrifices. People only remember the leader and the winner. So if Richelieu's plan succeed in removing all the bad priest, it's is up to your decision to think if he is a bad person or not.
