@Cid Lunius It may be hard to understand but all the "evil" stuff she did before and after MC broke up with her was because she truly believed MC loved her as well and that the suffering she put him under was not suffering at all for him. No one ever teacher her that this wasn't how it actually was and she needed some serious conversation with the MC to figure out that he wasn't actually just playing or squabbling with her when he broke it off.
now one might say she should've realised that sooner, but thats something that overlooks the fact that she had no sign it was bad, no one told her it was bad, not her friends, not her family, not the teachers. People treated slavery and racism as a natural and completely normal thing for thousands of years until someone figured out that its actually not that nice. We considered animals to have no souls and feel no pain for a long time. The actual believe that animals could have a sense of self and feel and thing was denied even by scientist until the late 20th centuries. That is 50 years ago. Consider that, people couldn't figure out its bad to kick a dog or cat for fun for thousands of years but a 6 year old should figure out playing pranks on her loved one is bad without anyone telling her? She still did bad sh** so she should go to therapy and repent for a couple of years though. Maybe go to prison or smth
