first, reread my comment when I said helplessness, I said MC THOUGHT ML was helpless until he realized he wasn't. MC was perfectly comfortable having s** with ml when he thought he was needed him.
but let me be very clear. I am a lot like ML. Im probably worst. 😂 I said it earlier I could sympathize with an ML who experienced guys like MC my entire life. And you're like "they're children." "There's no fetishization." no, they were teenagers when they first met. I was younger than that when I started having experience with creepy losers like MC. And sometimes being mean to them is the only way to get it through. Fetishization isn't a conscious effort that's just the word to describe what how MC views ML because you use the word "love" and there's no love here. I know you know there's no love because you switched from the word love to like in your responses.
ML should treat MC like sh** because with guys like this, that is the only way you can set a clear boundary. Again you don't seem to understand that if you were nice to guys like this, they will take the slightest more so kindness and cling to you like a leach. Ml does not want that.
