Comment on ChapterWet Sand - Chapter 99

Honestly I have a lot of emotions to express as someone who dropped and picked up this manhwa at least 3 times.

At first, I was so happy (I cried) knowing the endgame still am but after couldn't help but feel so sad, can't get jo's crying face out of my mind and how Ian almost wavered when he said he couldn't go with him but jo screamed "DON'T LOOK BACK". People don't understand the significance of that; Jo loves Ian and is willing to let go while TJ loves Ian and cannot live without him.

This last chapters people described as "rushed" literally explained what kind of love both Jo and TJ has for Ian. I still believe Ian and TJ are the better end game as Jo can recover from this easily compare to TJ. TJ "LEFT THE GANG" man was left with nothing. Jo's love is healing, selfless, gentle TJ's love is intense, yearning, obsessive, demanding, selfish almost like worshipping and if Ian still chose TJ that shows how deep his feelings ran for him.

But instead of fans understanding facts and console each other they fight each other on social media and bring the author to it🤦♀️I get pis*** when I see comments or tweets saying Jo was not needed in the story or Jo was in the way like do not discredit his character and how he forced out emotions (negative and positive) Ian and TJ were keeping buried.

"I don’t like heroes. I’ve always loved characters who are losers when it comes to love. This isn’t a story about one person saving another." This was a hand written message to readers directly by Doyak the author when volume 1 was published. Maybe try to understand the author's work before you chat or comment sh*t.

Anyway I hope to see TJ cry at least once pleaseeeee.

@cutiee_xx Playing victim and being like I regret supporting the author; oh please no one forced you to. Someone on X jokingly tweeted their friend mailed or emailed an unaliv*ng prank to Doyak over Jo not being end game how TOXIC and INHUMAN a REAL HUMAN BEING! And you want to speak on red flag and toxicity?? Come off it! Honestly as someone who loves all 3 characters (not equally) it doesn't matter who ends up being end game a lot of you fans have shown you did not support her work but rather a character (fictional) you wanted as end game.
@cutiee_xx Jo's love was never "healing, selfless, gentle". Even the author wrote that it was obsession when he sexually assaulted an unconscious Ian. But! I also disagree with the take that any character is unnecessary in this story. Without Jo as a catalyst, Ian and TJ never would have broken free from that vicious cycle and ended up togetherpepe sticker
@12345 You're right, but I stand on "healing and selfless" but I would replace "gentle" with "clear or clearier" it just did not fit. As I was comparing JO's and TJ's kinda love. Also showing obsessive trait ain't the same as being downright obsessive, Jo was definitely getting there but in the end even if he wanted to cling to Ian and beg him to stay he did not but rather pushed him not to look back.
