@Scentless yes but I would like to point why so readers can understand better.
1 some may say Jae iniciated the act, we don't really see that, it's especulation so that is not consent.
2 even if he iniciated there's no such thing as consent when you are so drunk you cannot even recognize your surroandings.
3 Dan drank too, but was not drunk at all and was capable to understand what was going on. What he should've done is stop the act and let Jae sleep.
4 he did not remember a thing, true, that is how we should all know he was abused.
5 readers don't think of that as abuse because it wasn't violent or agressive, because Dan was kind and just took advantage of a drunk person. Se*ual abuse looks like this too readers, it doesn't have to be violent to be abuse.
6 Dan did took advantage so badly, saying where Jae should touch or suck, he was enjoying Jae's state of mind, his kindness, so he didn't stop it when he should've.
And I'll add that Dan might have not stopped it because he knows Jae always uses him to relieve himself, but it's not an excuse because he saw Jae not being himself. He did abuse Jae, but most refuse to see it because the scene lacks violence. Abuse is abuse, and this one was.
