@strawberrycream @Narcissist couldn't agree more with both of u... I have nothing more to add, I truly hate when a chc is an evil b.stard who not only did bad things in the past, but is still doing them in the present AND does not even try to get better - AND then the author show us his "heartbreaking" past etc.... and I am like "Ok, BUT that can't justify his actions/behavior"... this is really smtg I cannot comprehend... why should I pity someone who's pure evil, just bcs he hasn't had it easy?? :D If I compare it to my own life - I, too, haven't had it easy... and? Should I harm people? :D NO WAY... sooo, no can do :) it's really a trash and tiring trope...
