@Seraphim you have to break up with him as it's not safe nor a healthy relationship. If he threatens to hurt himself and you're worried he'll actually do it then alert his family members if you can and call an ambulance to his house. If he was being serious then he should be okay because of the ambulance or his family helping him and if he was joking then he wouldn't do that again and you can move on with no worries. If you're partner is threatening to hurt themselves if you break up with them then thats abuse and it's not okay. Hope this helped.
