why do manhwa authors always do this? it's always either elf lady or a beast lady when it comes to this genre when it comes to MC's party/companions, can't they just give him a bro he can rely on like "The Water Magician" instead of the generic and overused female sexualization to attract audience? I'm all down for this if she is to be a strong and non-sexualized companion that will crush on MC though, like Claymore, Hero Killer, Saga of Tanya the evil (Though MC used to be a man but doesn't change the fact that he is no longer a male lead but a female lead)
