@Po** I think labels are important, imagine if you were sad all the time, every day, 24/7 and you didn't know what was wrong with you you felt broken, and then you found out it was called depression I think it would be a relief to know that you are experiencing. Imagine If the label depression didn't exist how hard it would be to communicate that feeling to someone. In the same way, Sieon knows he cannot experience romantic affection but there is no way to communicate that to someone because he does not know the label of being aromantic himself, imagine if everyone in the situation knew what the label aromantic meant then their relationship would be much easier. Namwoo wouldn't expect Sieon to love him because he knows that he is Aromantic. IN CONCLUSION  labels like gay, asexual, and aromantic are Important to the human experience so we can better understand each other.

anyways didn't mean to ramble I understand where you are coming from, sometimes it's impossible to keep track of all the labels but we need to understand different types of people exist in the world outside of what we consider the norm that's why the labels exist its for THEM not for US.

@1758 but you're labelling him something he's not. He feels like he should be in the relationship because he's needed, he has never felt romantic connection doesn't mean he won't.

I feel attack because this is basically my daily life. And I know I'm not aromantic before I even knew the meaning of that word. People rush to give meaning to things but it's not a must to understand everything.

Human beings are unpredictable, a gay man falls in love with a lesbian so what does that make him? Straight? Bi? What if he's neither? You gonna compose another label for him?

I believe this is why we have so many different and confusing "labels". People want to confirm themselves to a word someone composed for them.

How beautiful would it be if you know yourself to be "sieon and I'm me" instead of "sieon and I'm Lithromantic, biromantic and I think i still want to love"?
@1758 labels arent everything... sometimes they're just human
@1758 this is well written
I believe in labels and I think it's most logical thing to do since I'm an overthinker

Labels are there to make you safer and understanding limits.
