@Papyta First of all thank you for your reply; i always enjoy exchanging views with others because it often leads us to discover new perspectives.
I understand what you mean and partly agree with you... however what i think is that you can't "run away " from reality forever - from the fact that you two had a child and that the person you had him with is "problematic " , to say the least. Right now the child is too small but one day he might ask something and you'll have to choose what to say. Furthermore you want to keep your son away from his father , yet you don't hold back at all from getting involved in a relationship with him. This leave me beyond perplexed: if you consider the father inadequate that you don't think is capable of being in your son's life ( for your baby's own good ) you shouldn't get involved with him like this. Obviously this might be a too rational way of looking at it ; after all we almost always end up following our emotions rather than our logic....
