@Ethan Elliot My example is not flawed, it is a template that creates a series of motives. For example if you drop money in a store eight out of ten times your likely to have a person say excuse me you dropped this. The other times those people will take the money and run. If you create any scenario which involves power and money it will eventually become corrupted. For the same reason that their are dirty politicans, and police no matter the type of government, no matter the faith any time their is unquestioned power it will ultimatly no matter how well intentioned become corrupted. There is numerous examples in history.
