@M.Monroe In the future, if you can't post, try deleting all browsing history and restarting if you are using a computer.
I checked online to see why comments don't post, but I didn't see anything regarding MB (this site). However, apparently instagram users have to deal with this all the time. I read that some sites will consider a person a bot if their comments appear too fast. I know YT does this (e.g. copy and pasting a comment will make them think you're a bot and just spamming because of how quickly the comment appeared). Some sites make you wait for a period of time before you can post again. One time, on this site, I screwed up my password and got a message saying that I couldn't log in for one hour 😐 Also, you mentioned you were trying to comment for a while, so maybe when you kept trying to resend your reply, the system thought you were spamming. It's probably a good idea not to mention this website's name because they might still block your comments for that. Not sure, but I wouldn't take the risk :)
