@Ms._.Rao Yes exactly, not only that but they also completly removed all of her bruises and wounds. In the novel she was tortured. Her entire face was swolen and bruised and when she bend her neck to die her shawl fell and everyone could see how much she was abused. It was such an emotional scene and Killeon being the one to believe in her innocence felt so much more special. I also feel like they washed out how hopeless she was. It doesn't feel like she's walking to her execution. It was supposed to be the moment when all the emotional and physical abuse became too much and she finally gives up which, SPOILER:
