Comment on ChapterOne Day, Suddenly, Seoul Is - Chapter 13
I don't know why mc is being so bitter about it.. Yeah they left you because they thought you would die... Like actually in a life or death situation would you wait for the guy to make a round about trip and come back and then run ...
Even if the girl saw you she was in no position to help, would she have come back who knows how many would have died. Even the mc let some die to protect himself so just stfu and be normal about it .

@Yatogami Don't act as if you wouldn't be mad if you were him, despite the circumstances he was adanboned there, he can feel whatever he wants
@Yatogami Firstly he once went back to save her so it's only right that her repay the favor or she could have at least told the others that she saw him then and there but no she waited untilthey had full escape to bring up the fact that she saw him. Yes they probably wouldn't have gone back but she could have at least tried. Secondly if he tried to help his friend he would have died as well.
@Moons I won't be mad because what are they supposed to do? Die with me? If I was in their place I would run too. Everyone's responsible for their own lives in such dangerous situations and they were not even family or lovers or anything, I'll not expect anyone to come to my rescue putting their lives at risk for a decision I made on my own. He went to distract the monster, what else did he expect? Like c'mon if there was a tiger in front of you would you wait for the guy who's run out to come back? They didn't even know he was alive. This only sounds good in movies,to wait for your dear friend. They were smart enough to run when they got the chance to and if they hadn't run they all would have looked stupid and mc is just taking his frusteration on others because no one asked him to save the girl in the first place,he ran on his own.
@Tae Sis there were monsters after them,she was running for her life,it was no time for a group meeting. She realised that it might be too late for him because brother was stuck in a building full of monsters and moved on. What was she supposed to do? Tell others to go back to save him and get others who might have escaped killed too? Use some common sense,everyone is responsible for their own lives and it's not like anyone asked or forced the mc to save the girl. He ran out on his own knowing he is risking his life and if you do such stuff without consulting with anyone or telling anyone your plan no one is expected to pay you back. It's just like forcing your feelings on others,doing something for them knowing they never accepted your feeling expecting return.If he told them his plan I would get it too but he didn't,they were not supposed to wait for him.
@Tae Like anyone who would be so petty about it later should not risk their lives for others in the first place ,nor did anyone ask him too. So he could just accept that what he did was foolish and make his priority to get back together rather than being so bitchy about it. Was the girl supposed to say sorry for putting her own life first? For a classmate she talked with for the first time that day? or survive for her family and people she actually deeply cares for? Also the girl wasn't even rude about it,she genuinely felt sorry ,she is a nice girl and the mc is an ass**** for making her guilty for something that was his own decision to begin with.
@Yatogami I get what you're saying, but remember that they are still teenagers. He's not gonna stop and think about the emotions behind her action, all he will think is that he helped her, and she never tried to help him. And she is gonna feel guilty with or without him because she saw him, it's up to her to let go of her own guilt. He felt that they were in it together, but he got left behind, so naturally he feels betrayed. All I'm saying is that his feelings and reaction are valid, but maybe later in the series, we see him mature and understand that people will do anything to survive.
@Tae I get your point too but just because their feelings are valid does not make it right too. You can't expect to meet a person one day in the morning and expect them to die for you by evening. I don't really remember what happened later but from the chapters I remember
Spoiler!
I read he was still being mean about it to her and honestly made her feel more guilt for no reason at many more instances. Which is another reason I'm kinda still not defending him.

it was to the point I just wanted the girl to slap him and move on but I do think I haen't read after ch 50 because I was waiting for more chapters so you can tell me if he gets better.

@Yatogami
Spoiler!
Yeah, he gets better, he lets it go. He decides he doesn't want to leave anyone behind anymore because he hates how it feels to be abandoned. The girl starts hating herself cause she feels like a burden, she is still really nice tho, and it seems like she is developing feelings for him. Things turned south, and all their efforts to make up were wasted cause after his mom got infected and died, he ran away and turned off his emotions. He's on a little killing spree right now. I didn't go into too much detail, I'm at ch 88.
@Tae ohh I remember reading till the part where they were at the shelter and maybe when they were living in that abandoned building. Time to reread it from the last ch i remember.
