I just have one thing to say. Do not! I repeat do not get your hopes up even if you see things getting better... I'm reading the novel right now and I just want to warn you that's it's going to get inhumanly worse as possible.. just as you think oh it's getting better he's getting revenge and the next second the progress would take a 100 steps back. I don't want to spoil much but just be vary that it doesn't get better anytime soon oh and the novel is so freaking long I'm on volume 4 and I saw there are 12 volumes but don't know where to read em so if you know them let me know aswell

Raymond blows up the dorm when vacations start to kill the boys but he didn't know that carl stays back. He found out when they published names of the dead people on the news.. after that if a 5 year leap when things take a turn and the boys he thought were dead, come back except for hugh (hugh dies for real, the rest 3 got out) and they captured him again and oh boy the torture he goes through again makes him loose his willpower, he literally wants to be killed but they won't allow it. That's how far I've read
