Tei:
-In my opinion, NOW Tei does not love Shuraku (in a romantic sense), and is not even in love with him
-Yes, Tei is attached to Shuraka, but rather he is attached to that “little Shuraka”, and the "adult Shuraka" is still a stranger to him.
-Tei is in an interesting situation. Yes, he's known Shuraka for a long time (they've known each other for over 10 years). Yes, they're married. Yes, they've slept together (sort of). But, in reality, Tei doesn't know who Shuraka is or what their relationship is like. So, for them, it's all in reverse order: they got married, slept together, got to know each other, fell in love (i hope).
-He need to know the "adult Shuraka" and love him as he is, with all his actions and decisions, with all his differences from that "little Shuraka"
-Perhaps even more importantly, he should see what kind of person Shuraka is: not that child from the past, not the Padishah, but Shuraka himself.
-And at the same time understand who Padishah Shuraka is, what kind of ruler he is
-He will have to adjust to his new position (role) as Shahbanu / Sultana / Empress
-Tei is very quiet and reserved. He'll have to learn to open up more to Shuraka.
-He will have to learn not only to express consent as his duty to his homeland/Arnata/Shuraka, but also to express his desires and feelings, even if they involve refusal.
-No less than developing a relationship with Shuraka, Tei needs to find his own new meaning and purpose in life in Arnata.
-Tei will need to find new ways to care for and protect Shuraka. Shurak is no longer a child, but a strong adult who has managed to become a padishah despite the mortal threats.
-Tei sees himself as a servant to Shuraka. He might have to change this perception of himself and their relationship, so that they stop being servant and ruler and become two loving people.
