@beni she is partly justified though since there is a system in place to oppress her, but to use that to justify murdering people who are not actively engaging in that process is the issue. She has every right to go after the people in charge. Not sure how appealing to those in power to allow her to exist would go. Going straight to assassination and civil war is a problem. This is only going to turn everyone against her and justify extermination. The everyday people who are just going about their lives getting killed in her plot are innocent. Even the guys descendants are innocent of the crimes he committed. Honestly I don't know how she should have proceeded. This entire situation is a huge mess. If she tried to plead her case she has no guarantees they wouldn't just murder her. Once they learned of her existence she had already done unforgivable crimes and their mind was made up on what her punishment would be. Plus the descendants already had a prejudiced view of her kind from the jump.

@Jake another line of thinking that would justify attacking the royal family is this. Becoming a witch is arbitrary. It spontaneously happens, so why have there been no witches to this point. Is there an organization that is hiding them or assassinating them? If it is the second that would justify her attacks against the royal family and the nobility. That would mean they have engaged in murdering a minority group simply to maintain power.
