@Whatever I am not sure if this helps/works for you. I also faced the same situation many times. First asking them politely not to disturb us. If they are not listening I will do the same that irritates them the most. Like in my case I had an important work the morning but my roomates were laughing loudly and were discussing about travel plans all night(which they also know that they won't be going for). I politely said to not to disturb me they didn't listed. Then one day I had weekend and they had a important work in the early morning, I kept the light on all night in the room(they hate light on while sleeping)saying I had an important task that should be completed by night(but actually I didn't had any work was watching some series😁).
Need not to be rude or need to fight. They just had to get the taste of their own medicine.
If they confront rather than being polite even after that you don't need to be silent can be rude.
P.S: Don't mind my English if any mistakes are there.

@TeaBiscuit i tried that, they dont feel bad at all, cause they dont have to work, they dont study, they just barely make passing score, the only one affected is me, i have to be in the library for almost whole day. and when i try to sleep, they pull this craapp. once i deliberately came out of the bath with wet hair and i dirtied the entire floor, the maid just comes once in the morning to clean, i thought theyd get mad and like then we can have a fight so that i can change rooms blmaing the sh** onto them, but ya know, she just wiped the entire thing clean without shit**** even for a bit, they are quite nice, but they shout a lot, even when im not well. its not that i ask them that frequently. but they just dont, theyd even start playing weird music and shout and clap on the beats. im so tired of their bullshii. idk what to do anymore, and my university doesnt allow changing rooms until its some serious reason.
