The words are correct but the sentence structure is very weird. The correct sentence would be: "ooo! Uhh ...ich kann das nicht verstehen--" But it's still pretty good! Are you English? Cuz the sentence structure is exactly how it would be in English. Sorry if my English is a little weird to read cuz I'm not really good at English...
