Also the execution takes place in the dukedom in presence of the duke's family in the novel. No royal family involved. Heck they were not even present.
It not just depends on the reader's perspective but also how a story is narrated.
Yes it might be bad to compare novel against webtoon. But in essence webtoon is based of off a novel. So as someone who read the novel because I couldn't wait for the webtoon release it was a shocker that the story was altered to quite a great extent.
So it's just a comparison of original to encore. Then again novel can have freedom of chapters after chapters with explanation. But how can all that be drawn. So I'm just thankful there is someone out there working long hours drawing it scene by scene and update it at reasonable days😅.
