@Zaxze1 Uel Tasik wants to be Cult Leader and then by using the Cults might he wants to invade the main land and overthrow the current Emperor so that he can be Emperor and thus create the dynasty he mentioned a few chapters back and it was mentioned before that he's a descendant of that dynasty he wants to create/revive. That's his end goal, to become an Emperor and bring about a dynamisty which he resigns over all.
Vice Leader Cheosal Ma is was original owner of the body before he died from Qi Reflux which led to Jagak Hang being reincarnated into his body. Cheosal Ma before he died someone was controlling him and making his life a living he**.
