@Watson They are not sisters, Yoosun (Blue/black) is adopted by Hweyon's (Light Blue) mother, in which Yoosun calls her aunt. They can't even be possibly related if you make sense out of it since Hweyon is a flower maiden unlike Yoosun. They often switch identities, taking advantage of their identical appearance taking the place of a woman, specifically, the mistress. You can find their identity judging by the earrings, Yoosun is told to wear by her aunt, a red pair of earrings to help identity whom is who. Yoosun helps the flower maiden when she is in bloom since they believe they are intertwined but doesn't necessarily mean it is romantic.

@sanne lan. . Each flower maiden experiences bloom when they turn 18. Let's say it is similar to menstraution.. It has a continues cycle, it is painful and you are more likely in heat due to the hormones although unlike menstraution there is no such thing as menopause. They basically have s** to soothe the these hormones, comparable to taking pills when you are experiencing cramps on your menstraution. These flower maidens are basically flowers.. they're beautiful and they bloom until they just rot. Making flower maidens short lived. Just like an actual flower. This is why the main character is trying to find a solution to get rid of the flower maiden curse.
