@Hello I think that's the case cause in Korea a homosexual relationship is being shamed by society and treated as a taboo. I guess the main characters are afraid of telling people about their sexual and their relationship as the don't wanna be rejected or looked down by their friend or acquaintanc. Overall the Korean culture is not as open-minded as it is something described in kdramas or other Korean shows and manhwas. according to my research, Homophobia and racism is still a big problem. In conclusion, I guess that are the reasons why they don't act like a couple in public or tell their friends about their relationship. Hope it helps to understand their situation a little :)

@-cutie- Well, I do agree with what you are saying, and it seems important. That is why I am a bit confused why something like this wasn't a part of the main story. Showing the struggles of a gay relationship should be a very important plot point of the story, but these were overshadowed, and, uhm, extreme s** scenes were chosen over this.
