@AnUnknownPerson Maybe the mother didn't choose her son's name. I mean, I think she did give him a name, but the father didn't know it so he chose another. @Lazy_simp1 I don't think One knows 001. He left before Maya's arrival at Camp, and she's arrived here before him. If he heard about a "001 from Camp", wouldn't he think it designed his brother (our 002)? 
And I think One is his trainee (?) number (like Ijin was 982 - not sure, but he was something before to be 001)

@ShiroeRepublic yeah, but since it's the difficulty to access proper medical care that set 008 at edge of life, maybe 001 - who has bonds with the SW hospital - can help them. But they, both the number and Ijin, might don't wanna do that, cause Ijin's relatives for exemple, or can't because of the distance, I don't remember where the number was when they were attacked.

@Stella Vermil People who attack you in the Murim wouldn't care of your fighting experience, why your training mates would do during a duel? I think they just have to consider it  before taking pride in it.
