This comment section has already ripped into the ml enough

My comments serve to shed light on the mc’s actions being inconsistent, contradictory and confusing, and how they contribute to why this relationship is going south.

The mc has already branded this relationship a failure but refuses to let go because he finds the ml attractive. The fact that he is only looking up “how to date an alpha” now, 7 years into the relationship, and saying “should i pleasure him for once” suggests he was in this mentality since the beginning of the relationship.

I also believe the author is trying to foreshadow something with the ml from his past with his dad, his grandpa’s interference, the mothers affair and them not saying who ended the relationships first when he dated.

I may be giving the author too much credit but it is insane to think the ml is solely responsible for this relationship failing.

He isnt just unreliable he is also inconsistent i feel, unless it is just lost in translation

in chapter 3, he is undressing infront of the ml and says that the ml overreacts to jokes of him getting naked, saying that is why they havent gone past kissing, but then in chapter 7 when the ml leaves cuz he was jacking off in the shower, he is like "was it that unpleasant for him to see my body" and it is like girl how did we get here? because the assistant brough underwear?

and gag is in chapter 5, he turns away and blushes when the ml is in nothing but his underwear in his closet, so what is it girl? u are just as shy as the ml tbh. and his argument for the chapter 7 incident was that they seen each other naked since they were kids, but ig he can look away but the other guy cant? why he he doing the exact same thing u are doing seen as a negative?

and in chapter 3 he explains that the ml has insomnia and can only sleep when he is next to the mc, but later one, he asked the ml when he doesnt go sleep in his own house, like fam u already know why? it is so funny that their reasons for insomnia are related to each other, thou idk how they are gonna fix this cuz mc cannot sleep next to his boyfriend.

then in chapter 9, he says he as never been on a date with the ml, proceeds to explain exactly that he been on small dates with the ml, then in chapter 11, he says that he was the one who suggested they keep their relationship a secret, then in chapter 12 when the ml comes to pick him up from the restuarant, he bolts in the opposite direction. like the private dates like watching soccer together and eating together on weekends arent seen as real dates but also they cant meet in public? 

he is really all over the place, jumping to conclusions and stuff....literally his own worst enemy at this point. the ml is problematic but i cant really put all the blame on him. 

call me crazy but i think he actually does love him

this is just a theory but i believe Yeon views relationships between alpha and omega as purely lu** based influcenced by pheromones. that is why he said he doesnt wanna be like his dad and controlled by his desires. However, i think that his past trauma might have subconciously created a fear of intimacy. he thinks he can actually find love w/o lu** in this relationship with the mc. i think when he called it a beta relationship before he actually thought it was a compliment because he didnt have to be controled by his desires but the mc thought it was an insult. 

idk why everyone things this but love doesnt have to have s**, there are many ways to show love other than just s**, and i think that is what yeon was attempting to do. but that is just my theory and will probably be proven wrong in chapter 80 or something.
