No one wants to see the person/people they love die or get eaten alive and turned into a zombie. The amount of utter dispair and horror of reliving it every single day, especially since it's on repeat until our brown haired baby survives and not just the ml.

So, are they in a game? Because I feel like th ML is the main protagonist and the brown haired sweetie is like the main quest? Like if he dies, then the game restarts over and over again.
