I think the girl with the black hair and red eyes is his sister from the time when he and Zenith shared a past life together. I think she's the child who dies from the plague or something
Not exactly......aisha (as in the original one before she reincarnated) is the reincarnation of abella. The MC is actually forcefully, not intentionally, inhabiting aisha's body.

Spoiler!
She is not the reincarnation of her Abella kind of possess the mc?
It's not known yet at this point but, they actually have a very deep and old connection. Re-reading this, you can tell that there were a lot of other things that contributed to how fast they fell in love. It's actually really sweet, interesting and terribly sad!!

@Yww Okay, common misconception, but corsets actually just have an undeserved bad rep. Real corsets during that time were made-to-order, that is to say, they were custom made for each individual based on their specific measurements. Because of this, they weren't actually uncomfortable or 'too tight'. Modern media often depicts them as extreamly tight and constricting but it was actually never like that. Sure sometimes people would exessively tighten their corsets, but that was a rarity. Moreover, corsets were actually quite functional. They acted as a means to support the bust all the while balancing the heavy weight of the skirt - tucking the tummy in is only something in widespread media, it was rarely used for that purpose. Infact, women of those times would actually face a lot of difficulty without the corset as the difference in weight and lack of support would make it too difficult to even move around properly.

@lola They're not related by blood and the adoption was only on paper to protect him as a child. He never even lived with them. Thalia and Aegis grew up more like siblings than Loina and Yen.
Spoiler!
All in all, Loina, the og fl, and Yen, the og ml, get together in the end. One of the few things that actually stay the same as the og. They fall in love at near first sight when they meet later on in the story, at least loina does as far as I remember.

@Jhean Ailet is currently planning on using the "genre change" feature which cost her like 10 million or something to prevent the story from progressing in it's original setting. I really hope it works out and the two of them can live happily together

@Strangah the point is that he will keep returning back in time until he saves the world hence the name of the original novel in the story is "regressing until the world is saved". In escense, it takes theiseld a sum total of around 100 retries (regressions) to save the world. Each regression is allocated a single chapter in the og novel and Aliet transmigrates into chapter 17, theiseld's seventeenth life. However, since Ailet is essentially a non existant character in the setting of the og novel, she exists only on chapter 17. When thieseld dies after his 17th life, he will return back to the past to start his 18th life but Ailet will no longer exist in it. Another point to note, since Ailet is currently in the tutorial phase (a time before the og novel has begun) once the story starts, for the first sixteen lives, thieseld will not be able to find or meet ailet, since she only exists in his seventeenth life time.
