The other two guild Masters seek appeasement for greed. In an effort to appease greed, all unfounded but bad rumors are kept classified by the justice department. An entire wing dedicated to stamping out and investigating rumors about him. The Mercinary guild Master favors Greed too. His bacon is fried by Iona when it is discovered that the locust were given by the White tower's dragon.

@alex pangilinan If the next chapter is like the novel, The prince steals the royal seal and sends anna off to the Est empire with a forged marrage offer from the Est prince. Amy ends up being a witch. With Amy using dirty tricks again and again, MC should've used stealth to sneak in a double tap her but bc of plot armor, he lets her go again and again. Even has her and the marry gang of misfits in a prison as a pow. *doesn't kill her*=prision escape again due to plot armor.

@Luis C. He did this playing on the fact that tragic/traumatic memories stimulate a lot more than good memories. He used that name so that anyone who's memories were triggered would come investigate the founder. He did it as a signal becon/lighthouse for others from his world.
