Second, even if we imagine that he could've done it with any other alpha - would you allow any man to fu** you or to c** on you? All power to you if you're that open, most are not tho and it's extremely emotionally distressing 
Especially taking into account that JH hates his position as omega and a receiver, being thirsted after by other alphas brings him no pleasure 

We wasn't taking advantage, he was taking back the right that was stolen from him
When something like that is necessary, obviously he is going to get it from the person who stole it or at least from someone who he knows for a long time

Once again, Su Ah's sadness doesn't mean sh**, cry me a river and it still doesn't give him the right to complain or feel wronged

Do I understand why he feels he has to do it that way to be able to live normally? Yes
I would like to think that there is a medical way to solve this problem, maybe even remove some secondary gender organs if a person doesn't identify with the gender he got, but the author didn't give us and their characters that possibility 
So people have opinions on whatever it is they're shown

Irregular cycles+ inability to control your own pheromones release = putting him is a very dangerous position, literally life ruining

About dropping if you don't agree - sure, people can do that and I assure, people did
But there are different reasons people can continue to read
For example, I'm reading it because it was recommended to me and we can discuss it later
The art is absolutely gorgeous so it's another reason to continue
The principle of "I started it so I'll finish it" is another

And whatever the reason people are entitled to their own opinions and can express them and discuss them in the comments

I love the nuanced take that the author took here, Tei's warm feelings for Shuraka come from the place of an elder protecting a kid, so of course he won't be able to switch that off without feeling distant 
He knows the kid, adult Shuraka is a stranger to him
So when ML acts like a kid, Tei can kinda feel alright, but the moment the inevitable changes start to show, it brings forth the fact, that he is just a political instrument for his people and this king (in Tei's eyes)

Gotta see how the communication will resolve this though
