From MC point of view her trying to have normal relationships with this two might be only because of two options: make sure that orphanage gets good money. Or because after becoming kid again she, even while remembering everything, became a child in emotiona level too, that's why she is okay to play house with this two - because in this age it was what she wanted. 

If it's not one of that two reasons, than her mending their relationships is one of the stup.idiest things I ever saw. 

And yes, I belive that her father, you know, the man who owns manor and has eyes everywhere through all his servants, never heard from anyone that his kid is mistreated. As much as her brother, whom, you know, was going around always freely (I'm not buying that he was always cooped up in one place, especially when he was a kid, kids loves to run around a lot) never saw any suspicious behavior towards her too. Sure.

Srsly, if you think that this kind of behavior logical be careful while you yourself will be raising and educating your kids, or taking care of children in general. If you are going to belive any random person about what child wants to do, be not surprised to what can become of kids whom were neglected like this.

It's not even about her being his kid. It's about how he as an adult taking care of the child whom trusted him to keep her safe. Only to be kicked out because another person told him that "they had a conversation". Just to be clear.

Actually I'm kind of torn about our villain. We had more that twenty chapters and he still beahaving like an ass**** just because? I guess his motivation will come into light in next chapter, but right now he seems more like function that like a character which is a shame - dumb and proud, likes to throw hands. Smarter villain would be actually way better (for example archmage). I was hoping that after his last talk with father he will lay low, we will found out about his backstory and later we would actually see him and ML fighting for the heir position. But, well. 

Don't get me wrong - Killian is disgusting individual for sure, trying to SA two girls whom not even of age, what makes this situation even more disgusting, and beating up his younger brother. But where is the reason why he became like this? Because their father was away all the time and vassals spoiled him? Because his father not his father but his uncle who took him in (there was a frame in previous chapters with a man, who had the similair eyecolour as Killian, whom actually looked quiet similair too, and he was getting thrown away from the mansion). Or maybe because his mother died while giving birth to his younger brother ML? Why we are 26 chapters in the story and there is no explanation for this guy? Just envy for his young brother looks dool as a motivation for his misdeeds. He is a teen but behaving in such brazen way even though he is an aristocrat - there must be a reason (which in no way somehow justifies him, there is nothing to justify his actions). 

Right now he is more important that ML and his own fiancee, because Killian is the one who antoginizing people, and if author wants to throw someone like him away from the story early on there needs to be told everything about him.
