My quinciañera is coming up in sept 6 there's gonna be a lot of people and I'm still chubby. I don't want them to make fun of me just please tell me what do I do to get skinny within that time I don't CARE if it's unhealthy just tell me pls

@Baddie Well what does she like? Is she a girly girl maybe she like accessories/clothes or makeup, like lip glosses blushes and eyeshadow or maybe something she needs like a new cute phone case, bracelets or cute hair clips
@Lis Cutting out sugar is a good start, it’ll help with both weight and your skin (imrpove complexion). Try to eat more fiber (like vegetables, fruits, and whole grains) and drink plenty of water. Even light workouts like walking, jogging, or short home workouts can help burn calories and improve your mood.
I know you want to look your best, and I get that pictures last forever, but please remember your quinceañera is about celebrating you so try not to worry too much about your weight, focus on feeling confident and healthy so you can enjoy it to the fullest.

I'm actually really insecure about myself I want to look my best so people don't judge me for how I look I want my special day to be about me not them yet I can't shake away the feeling that they will all judge me I have less than 20 days I want to try my hardest to look skinny I will start with cutting out sugar completely! And eating more healthier
@Lis Go on a calorie deficit, generally the best way of not harming your body that much and safest way of losing fat in regards to your time line. You usually should maintain a deficit of 100-500 calories from the required calories you need to consume, toss in some light cardio and in a month or two you should see drastic results. Alsopro tip: don't starve yourself, your body will store calories just in case you starve for a longer time.
