Comment on ChapterMoon of the Devil World - Chapter 5
It is sad this story got few Toxic readers.

Why I said toxic? Because they don't like or respect others opinion.

When someone said, I don't like red flags, even you like red flags, you should respect them.

When someone said, they like huge age gaps or when someone (including me) don't mind the incest in Ennead or some other stories, you need to respect that opinion. Because those are personal choices.

Same goes with when someone said 'I don't like small tops'. Then you shouldn't get toxic about that choice. It isn't because they don't like the character or the story. Simply they don't prefer that se× position & that's their opinion.

Just because you like it, don't be toxic about others opinion. That's made you a red flag reader.

And that's obviously doesn't make you stereotypical. I'm not a fan of small tops but I read age gap bottoms , switches, cross-dressing, insect (ennead), omegaverse, M pregnant as long as I like the plot.

Had to clarify the fact because I got 9 dislikes for my last comment here. It wasn't a hateful comments but some readers are to much toxic so I couldn't ignore it any longer.

ok but you're mixing up toxic ppl for ppl for calling those weird ppl out.
There's a big difference between someone preferring a certain dynamic vs a person having a weird mindset.
for example:
"he's a top that's cool. I prefer big tops" same for if they talking abt a bottom or a person's personality that they like.
vs the werid mindset ( being extremely shocked and acting like you're whole world ended ) & even going so far to talk abt how they can't be a top/bottom.
example: "OMG WHATT HES THE TOP/HE CANT BE A TOP, there's No Way he's a bottom..."
that is weird. Especially because they mean or especially say it in a way where they are generalising gay ppls dynamics for all of them are stereotypical and if it is different then "they can't be this or that" because they are applying their straight stereotypes to gay relationships.
cause they especially say things like "he's too emotional he can't be a top, he's to short to be a top, he's way too masculine to be a bottom, but he's pretty & feminine  how can he be top"
.... things like this have been said by ppl for this bl and other bls and ppl have even made comments like this towards actual gay ppl. Whether it's a character or irl person, saying things like this is entirely DIFFERENT from liking a certain dynamic over the other.
& if ppl /when ppl call others out on their weird mindset when they say those things , That IS NOT toxic. ( I'm not talking abt those ppl who just prefer reading certain dynamics ) I'm talking abt the actual weird mindset that ppl say.

part 2 )
cause there is no look to gay/qu*** ppl that are tops/bottoms/verses. We are all different. And if a person claims that someone can't be this or how could they be that "when they aren't like this/look like this" That is werid

and those ppl are NOT toxic for calling them out. This is coming from a literal gay dude, and many other gay ppl who have talked abt this, and has have ppl many werid comments to them & myself

and it's entirely different when a person just has a preference for a dynamic and talks abt it in a normal way. ( that's not wrong and it's ok )
vs if a person is extremely shocked like their world ended that person is diff. From the stereotype that straights put onto gay ppl, and when they especially act or say weird things abt ppl or characters like I mentioned before.

Simply what I said was " we need to respect each others opinion & don't hate those opinions just because they are different from yours.

I don't think you understand what I mean. Having an opinion can sometimes be harmful and weird. But I'm not talking abt the ppl who just have a preference towards reading the stereotypical bl.
i am talking abt those ppl who make those werid comments abt characters or irl gay ppl that claim there opinion is ok when really it's not an opinion anymore when they make it a statement.
saying something like "I like big tops more" is an opinion ,and that's totally ok.
vs saying something like "He CANNOT BE A TOP/Bottom, or HE IS TOO feminine to be a top"
that is a statement & opinion that  is wrong.
sk do u expect gay ppl to just respect that person's comment that is werid that is basically telling us that we are NOT a top/bottom if we act this way.

? like what are u saying I don't understand.
and if u are saying that we should still respect then I'm sorry but that weird. Cause we are the literal gays ones and for ppl to tell us that we are not something is not an opinion that's a weird statement. And even if they were to say that abt characters the point still stands. There is a difference between telling someone or making a statement that a person can't be something vs just saying that they prefer to read a certain dynamic ( this one is fine ) but the other one is no

@just.a.gay.dude So you are saying when someone said 'I don't like small tops', does it sound weird or sth? just because they don't like it??

I'm sorry but I didn't mean any weird sentence in my statement. I think you are trying to give it a different idea which I don't even think.
@(๑˃ᴗ˂)ﻭ Niko

if someone says they don't like reading dynamics with short tops then that's fine. I think that's what that person means when they say they don't like short tops . But just saying they don't like short tops well if they are talking abt short tops in general like irl ppl or even characters that just happen to be short and a top and they just say " I don't like short tops" as a straight person then I mean that's a bit weird cause that gay short top has nothing to do with that straight top. So if the straight person just were to see a random irl person and they say to that gay person that happens to be a short top and they say they don't like them( that's Weird) cause the irl top doesn't exist for them, even if the straight person says that abt characters that are short top that the don't like them 😭like why they hating on them.
But if it were the case where they are a person like yourself I'm guessing that doesn't like reading dynamics where the top is shorter or whatever dynamic u don't like reading, and u were to express that. That's completely fine and totally ok.
i think it'll be better to just word it in a way where it's not generalized when they express how they feel.
cause I think that's the reason ppl might get confused that they hate this dynamic in general " like irl ppl and characters.."
mid a person worded it like " I hate /don't like short tops"
vs if they worded it like
"I don't like reading dynamics with short tops"
If u genuinely don't hate all short tops but just don't like ( reading) the dynamic..i think that the reason why ppl might comment on those ppl who say things like that is cause of how that person worded it. C

@(๑˃ᴗ˂)ﻭ Niko

i think that wording it goes a long way.
i say that cause there are some ppl who genuinely hate "all" tall bottoms/weaker tops/whatever dynamic" and when I say hate they genuinely hate all those irl ppl and characters from gay stories. They hate them for no reason when they have nothing to do with them. Vs there are some ppl ( I'm just assuming here that u are like this ), where these ppl just don't like reading these types of dynamics ( which is totally fine , cause they don't hate those irl gay ppl that are of that certain dynamic and those characters. but because they worded it in the same way to those ppl who genuinely hate "all those ppl in the dynamic ..."
they the genuine ppl like yourself I'm assuming, come across as if they hate all those ppl & characters  in a dynamic that has nothing to do with them. ( that's why I think the wording  in this case goes a long way )
"I hate short tops" vs " I don't Like reading bl/gl or dynamics with short tops" ( anything/anyway they wanna word it I once they mention the (reading /watching) part cause I think maybe that way the ppl will know that they are not like those ppl that actually hate irl ppl/characters that have that dynamic, for no reason.

(That's to answer your question)

@just.a.gay.dude
Don't like and Hate are two different meanings. Some people don't like gay people but still they respect them and don't hate them. But haters say hateful/weird things and don't respect them.

I don't like small tops doesn't sound weird because I don't mean to disrespect them. It is like I don't like Black and white stories but I still read them if I found a good one. Because I don't hate it completely. It is totally okay to not like to someone or something.
@(๑˃ᴗ˂)ﻭ Niko

but I'm also saying too, since I answered your question, in an explanation, that Ik sometimes ppl are genuine and just say or word it in a way where they don't actually mean they hate all ...so it's not weird for a person to not like reading some dynamic, but it is weird for a person hate all ppl irl and characters in general that are a certain type of too that's not stereotypical ( this is not u, saying this causes based on what u said it doesn't seem like that's u)
those are the weird ones, especially because these often are the types to also make even more weird comments like say things like "he/she cannot be a top cause they're too feminine/short/emotional.." or "he/she cannot be a bottom cause they're too big, dominant..." those are the ppl claiming that a person can't be a top/bottom cause there's basically a look to them or a role"
I'm guessing u don't do this as well, do this so this doesn't apply to u.
so in conclusion you're not those weird ppl I'm talking abt I think, I think the only reason you came off that way is cause of the wording ( cause wording comes a long way ).
i have a hard time with wording things too in a short way as I'm autistic, so I'm sorry that it took me a while to get my points across.
