wait, if he has muscle, just no stamina and coordination

why is he struggling to pull up ?
for a matter of fact, how did he even get that big if didn't go to the gym ?

is he just that gifted ?

@vishi i think he is struggling to pull up because hes weight is high, guy like him would weight around 150 kg irl, so struggling to pull up that weight isnt really suprising

but since he struggled with a treadmill, i get the feeling the author is hinting his muscles are mostly just for show
this could also be the exhaustion from the morning exercise
the author would have mentioned that
@vishi ok gymmer here, building muscle is actually easy but building strength is not. His case is like he is fat but the fat is distribute very evenly among his body part and if you just keep pulling weight and no put in any strength (like just curl 5kg when you curl 30) only result in the muscle got bigger not stronger

my muscles are kinda small, so i will definately try that one

i went and checked last chapter
apperently he never mentioned he trained, he was just that big by default
i just assumed he did, seeing his size and MC's comment

the one thing he did do was boxing

@vishi i forgot to all this idk if boxing is enough to make you that big but it should have fixed his coordination and stamina issue maybe he has the heavenly opposite physique the more he trains stamina the bulkier he gets
@vishi well if are going to focus on look then focus on eating low calories and high protein, as for gym you can go twice a week or three time and with very heavy lifting the rest just go jogging or cycling
